If you have paid or submitted a Bulin 47 video, check the existing payment or task before starting again. A confirmed payment adds credits. A submitted task appears in My videos. Those are separate steps, and a delay at either step is not a reason to pay twice.

I paid but no video has started. What do I do?

Return to the studio with the same account. Wait for payment confirmation, then press Create my video with your saved photo. Payment alone buys credits; it does not submit the generation. A canceled checkout does not erase your local draft, but drafts still expire after 30 minutes.

If the page is checking your payment, use its retry-verification action. Do not create another checkout to fix a slow confirmation. For a payment problem that persists, contact support with the checkout reference; do not share card details or passwords.

Is a slow video stuck or failed?

Queued means waiting; generating means processing. A result being checked has not yet been resolved as success or failure. The provider queue and processing time vary, and there is no guaranteed completion time. Open My videos with the same account and refresh the task status.

Once a task is listed, you may close the page and return later. Starting again creates a separate request with its own credit usage; it does not accelerate the first request.

Does failure mean a card refund?

No. A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the credits consumed by that task. A card-payment refund is a separate support issue. Check whether the task is still being reviewed or the credits have already been returned before spending on a retry.

A completed clip with an imperfect face, hand or background is not automatically a failed task. Review the result and ask support about the specific issue. Avoid assuming that every output variation qualifies for an automatic refund.

Where is the MP4, and when does it expire?

Open My videos, play the completed result and use Download MP4. Hosted file access expires 24 hours after task creation, not after the video finishes. Save your local copy before the deadline. Purchased credits do not expire, but they do not keep completed video links alive indefinitely.

If playback fails, reload the player or try the MP4 download. Check the downloaded file before submitting another video. An expired or deleted hosted file is no longer available through that link; a new generation is a new task.

Does the clip have sound or my own voice?

The standard delivery is a 12-second 480p vertical MP4 with audio. It does not record or clone your voice. If an embedded preview is muted, use its sound control and play the downloaded file to check the actual result. Contact support if the completed file is silent or will not play.
